Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional end-user support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and office infrastructure
- Manage hardware inventory including procurement, deployment, and lifecycle tracking of IT assets
- Maintain server room infrastructure and monitor environmental conditions to ensure optimal system performance
- Implement and document IT procedures while adhering to security protocols and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or similar IT support role
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common business applications
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment while meeting established SLAs
