Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, reliable software components for an AI-powered financial platform
- Gather requirements, consider edge cases, and create system designs independently
- Collaborate with a small team of highly skilled engineers to build innovative solutions
- Participate in rapid iteration cycles with direct feedback from sophisticated end-users
- Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the product's direction
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python (or strong programming background and willingness to learn Python)
- Experience with FastAPI or other Python frameworks strongly desired
- Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- High autonomy and self-governance with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent system design and architectural skills
- High standards for code quality and reliability
- Experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, React/NextJS/Node) is a significant plus
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
