Responsibilities
  • Provide in-person technical support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Deploy and manage desktop and laptop equipment including imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning
  • Support peripheral devices including monitors, docks, and audiovisual equipment
  • Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty services with vendors and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory through proper tagging, tracking, and regular audits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and application issues across the organization
Requirements
  • Experience providing hands-on technical support in corporate environments
  • Knowledge of desktop operating systems, business applications, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and process compliance
  • Excellent customer service approach with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at our San Diego location!
