Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions — ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
- Design scalable data models, governance frameworks, and integration patterns across real-time and batch pipelines
- Lead technical integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and third-party platforms
- Build and optimize Tableau dashboards that turn complex data into clear business decisions
- Define analytics strategies aligned to client use cases — customer 360, marketing performance, sales intelligence
- Partner with sales and GTM teams on pre-sales, demos, and RFP responses — you move deals forward, not just answer technical questions
- Act as a trusted client advisor on data transformation strategy and the Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap
- Build reusable accelerators and solution frameworks that sharpen every pursuit
- Mentor architects, engineers, and analysts and contribute to EPAM's Data Cloud thought leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years in data architecture, analytics, or the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud — identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation
- Strong Tableau proficiency — dashboarding, data modeling, performance optimization
- Experience with enterprise data architecture — CDM, dimensional modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines
- Proven track record in client-facing roles — pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting
- A player-coach mindset: strategic enough to set direction, hands-on enough to earn the room
Nice to have
- Salesforce ecosystem experience across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS/GCP/Azure
- AI/ML exposure within customer data platforms
- Industry experience in media, sports, financial services, or consumer goods
