Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative engagements with clients to drive marketing transformation using Adobe’s ecosystem
  • Initiate discovery sessions to uncover business needs, assess martech landscapes, and align Adobe solutions with measurable impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs and senior marketing executives on technology strategy, operating model design, and data-driven personalization
  • Conduct digital strategy workshops and develop phased roadmaps aligned to client priorities and business outcomes
  • Advise on integrating Adobe technologies with complementary platforms to design robust martech architectures
  • Provide strategic consulting on marketing operating model transformation enabling customer-centric data-informed teams
  • Orchestrate multiple client engagements ensuring value delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Lead presales activities including opportunity assessment RFP responses proposal development and solution demonstrations
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Adobe’s marketing automation and data stack
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Empathy Lab and Data & Analytics to deliver integrated solutions and thought leadership
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in digital consulting marketing technology or digital transformation in a senior advisory or solution leadership role
  • Deep expertise in Adobe’s marketing automation and data ecosystem (AEP Real-Time CDP Journey Optimizer Campaign Analytics Marketo Workfront GenStudio)
  • Proven experience designing and deploying cross-channel personalized journeys and marketing activation programs using Adobe’s stack
  • Experience consulting directly with CMOs and senior marketing executives on martech strategy and data-driven personalization
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and lead large-scale engagements at the intersection of strategy technology and data
  • Experience working with hybrid martech stacks including both Adobe and non-Adobe platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics models customer data architecture identity resolution and audience segmentation
  • Ability to bridge marketing strategy and technology communicating complex solutions to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to maintain engagement across multiple parallel programs
  • Operates effectively in fast-moving evolving environments with a focus on urgency and clarity
