Conduct comprehensive impact assessments on custom developments and integration components

Lead technical analysis of S/4HANA simplification items and their implications

Make strategic decisions regarding remediation approaches: remediate, redesign, decommission, or retrofit

Coordinate and manage both onshore and offshore development teams

Ensure quality through technical specifications, code reviews, testing support, and transport compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Basis, functional consultants, security, data management, and integration specialists

8+ years of SAP technical development experience

Participation in multiple (2+) complete SAP project lifecycles

Demonstrated experience in S/4HANA conversion projects with focus on custom code remediation

Strong background working in complex ECC landscapes and regulated delivery environments

S/4HANA technical architecture principles

Custom code remediation methodologies and tools

ABAP development and integration design

Development governance frameworks

Effective management of distributed development teams
