Provide expert Murex support for Front Office users, including trade capture, pricing and workflow management

Act as the primary point of contact for FO stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Murex FO functionality

Collaborate with IT teams to implement enhancements, upgrades and configuration changes

Analyze and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

Document business requirements, technical specifications and process flows

Participate in testing, validation and user training as needed

Proven hands-on experience as a Murex System Analyst with a strong focus on Front Office modules

In-depth knowledge of trade capture, pricing and FO-related workflows in Murex

Experience supporting FO users in a production environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams

Experience with workflow configuration and optimization is a plus
