Design advanced presentations for CEOs and Vice Presidents to ensure clear and impactful storytelling

Create high-quality visual assets with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to support various corporate campaigns

Translate minimal project requirements into polished creative solutions within tight turnaround times

Present design concepts and rationale directly to senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently

Comprehensive design portfolio (attached or provided via link) that demonstrates your presentation and visual design work. Applications submitted without a portfolio will be automatically rejected

Extensive experience as an independent contributor with C-level executives and diverse stakeholder groups

Advanced proficiency in presentation design, specifically with Microsoft PowerPoint

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Proven experience with Canva for rapid asset creation

Clear communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch ideas to senior leadership

Ability to work full-time with a complete overlap in standard Eastern or Central US business hours

Experience with video editing software and multimedia production
