Responsibilities
  • Build, lead and develop a global events team responsible for execution of programs across multiple regions
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics including planning, budgeting, execution and post-event analysis
  • Collaborate with field, partner and campaign marketing teams to align event strategies with broader marketing goals
  • Develop an "Event in a Box" toolkit for the sales team -- self-service event solutions that empower them to host their own events effectively
  • Manage all aspects of event booths including design, setup, staffing and teardown
  • Oversee inventory and logistics for event supplies to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to maintain quality service and budget adherence
  • Track event performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all events reflect EPAM brand standards and messaging
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of experience in event marketing with at least two years in a leadership role over remote teams
  • Track record of large-scale events and complex logistics
  • Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience with budgets, vendor contracts and overall event costs
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required (~25%)
