Responsibilities
  • Operate as an individual contributor, drawing on years of industry connections to secure new clients and accounts for EPAM
  • Source, manage, and finalize brand-new accounts
  • Develop a sales pipeline and craft a proactive strategy to generate new business for EPAM
  • Establish EPAM as a reliable partner with key decision-makers across both prospective and current client organizations
  • Create, implement, and continually enhance your account and pursuit strategies
  • Cultivate an internal network and connections with key stakeholders while becoming familiar with EPAM's background, core value propositions, and expertise
  • Recognize, communicate, coordinate, and secure business consulting and technology services agreements
  • Partner with EPAM's technology partner firms to close deals, working alongside EPAM's alliance team
  • Engage in and spearhead EPAM's sales efforts to win new business
  • Evaluate and manage intricate RFP/RFI submissions
  • Keep up with emerging technology and market trends through ongoing education
Requirements
  • A self-driven professional who can rapidly adapt within a matrixed environment, develop an internal network, and unite EPAM's top-tier capabilities to provide strategic value to clients
  • Proven history of sourcing and closing new business with organizations generating $2B+ in revenue through a consultative, collaborative, and cross-functional team strategy
  • A well-established network and connections within the industry
  • Capability to nurture long-term client relationships at the Director, VP, and C-Suite levels
  • Comprehensive grasp of technology trends and the ability to drive meaningful change across industries by leveraging modern solutions in Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernization, DevOps, Agile, Automation, and beyond
  • Background in championing transformative concepts (such as digital transformation and organizational change) and crafting a vision for major enterprise clients that delivers lasting value through advanced software engineering and technology consulting services
  • Skill in collaborating with and leading teams of highly talented professionals on individual deals
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with technology vendors to win business
  • Hands-on experience with proactive selling and orchestrating RFP and RFI responses
  • Verified networking abilities
