Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement
  • Craft compelling narratives by identifying and composing impactful stories tailored to specific audience personas
  • Create and repurpose content across multiple formats and channels, including white papers, blogs, case studies, social media posts, and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including subject matter experts, marketing, and leadership — to gather insights and produce high-quality materials
  • Edit and ghostwrite content to ensure a consistent tone, voice and quality across all deliverables
  • Analyze content performance metrics and partner with the Global Marketing Team to iterate and optimize strategies for greater impact
  • Contribute to the overall content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, audience needs, and brand standards
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience creating thought leadership content, marketing materials, web copy, and social media posts for B2B audiences
  • Proven ability to take a journalistic approach to storytelling, including interviewing subject matter experts and crafting engaging narratives
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills, with a strong command of AP Style
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building trust-based, empathetic relationships with stakeholders
  • A learning mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., AI tools, project management platforms) is a plus
