Responsibilities
  • Strong fluency in the Utilities and/or LNG sector, leveraging deep industry knowledge and networks
  • Identify, pursue, and close net new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market changes that impact clients' businesses. Use this knowledge to engage C-suite leaders in strategic AI discussions and highlight how EPAM's AI solutions can address their operational, sustainability, and digital transformation needs
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate target accounts, utilizing EPAM's digital, cloud, data, and engineering expertise
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through market research and personal networks
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospects, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Leverage AI tools to accelerate the development of relevant artifacts and requisite intelligence to support pursuits
  • Collaborate with EPAM's delivery, technology, and alliance teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful deal closure
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and client challenges to position EPAM as a strategic partner for IT modernization and digital transformation
  • Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads
Requirements
  • 10+ years in IT services or technology consulting, with demonstrated success in acquisition of net-new logos and closure of complex, multi-service engagements, including 5+ years of recent, focused experience in the Energy sector
  • Consistent record of quota attainment in enterprise technology sales, with demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-service engagements with large Energy sector clients
  • Possess a strong C-level network and demonstrated relationships within the Energy sector
  • Bring subject matter expertise across key verticals, including Utilities and/or LNG and the corresponding adjacencies
  • Deep understanding of Energy sector trends and technology/partner solutions (AI, Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, Core Engineering, Legacy Modernization, etc.)
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship skills, with an established network in the Energy industry
  • Strong understanding of how AI, ML, and automation are changing the Energy sector, with a proven ability to identify and develop AI use cases such as predictive maintenance, digital twins, smart grid management, and AI-powered knowledge systems, and work with teams to turn these into business opportunities
  • Experience in leadership of complex, multi-disciplinary technology services deals for large enterprise clients
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Flexibility for hybrid work and travel as needed
