Responsibilities:
Support finance function including but not limited to the following:
- Post accounts payable and bank transactions
- Process payments
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Populate bank transactions in the cash flow model
- Invoice processing and reconciliation of aged creditors
- Monthly fixed assets
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce Ad hoc reports and provide analysis
- Assist with Intercompany reconciliations
- Daily loan settlements and loan reconciliations
- Assist with Financial Audit and ensure timely completion of audit requests
- Assist in cash flow management and treasury management
- Assist with month end reconciliations
- Support the organisation with various other ad hoc finance related tasks
- Use initiative and support a culture of continuous improvement in Finance
Skills and experience:
- Experience of sales, purchase ledger and bank reconciliations
- Experience of supplier payments
- Experience in Salesforce and Financial force
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Capable, willing, and motivated to learn
