As a Digital and Graphic Designer at Ezypay, you will be accountable for:
- Multi-channel design
- Branding
- Website updates
- Video marketing
- CMS management
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design to increase awareness and affinity with the Ezypay brand
- Execute on HubSpot website updates that improve user experience, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Design, update and maintain Ezypay's marketing collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, social media graphics, conference, and promotional materials
- Develop ideas, storyboard, design, animate, update, and maintain Ezypay's video assets for use at events, online and through social media
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific tasks
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years graphic and digital design experience, including Adobe Creative Suite, video, basic HTML / CSS capabilities, UX
- Degree or certification in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
- Creative thinking to generate 'out of the box' solutions to achieve specific outcomes
- Proven written and verbal communication skills that ensure a message is perceived according to desired outcomes
- Thorough when planning, executing, and publishing content and collateral to represent the brand well in the market
- Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms
- Ability to encourage collaboration to drive marketing strategy and achieve business goals
- Ability to manage up and down and deal with external resources to drive forward desired outcomes
