Overview
Reporting to the Global Head of Commercial and in close collaboration with the Head of Sales, the Senior Marketing Manager is a foundational role within our marketing department with huge scope for progression. The role will begin working closely with our enterprise teams to enable and activate our partners, as well as with our core teams, helping to move high quality leads through the pipeline to activation. Over time, there will be a heightened focus on brand, increasing our mind and market share within our key focus segments.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full review of our current marketing assets and capability with a view to streamlining and creating standardisation across our marketing activities.
- Work in close collaboration with our Enterprise team and our partners to develop and execute go-to-market campaigns which optimise engagement with clients/members/customers.
- Ensure that our partnership campaigns deliver maximum uptake of Send’s product suite.
- Create and deliver marketing campaigns from concept development, stakeholder alignment, objective setting, briefings, creative, execution, testing, iteration and measurement.
- Work with our Head of Sales and comparison site partners to deliver increased revenue through fine-tuning & optimisation of leads and accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure products, branding and artwork is of a high quality and approved for use.
- Maintain and create content across the website and other core digital and print assets including copywriting.
- Setting KPIs for all campaigns and conducting regular reporting and data analysis across key metrics to inform decisions that will optimise campaigns and customer experience.
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience across the marketing funnel, with evidence of delivery in top & bottom of funnel.
- 7+ years marketing experience
- Problem-solver and challenger mentality
- The ability to engage partners and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in utilising AI and efficiency tools to optimize productivity
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Ability to manage budgets.
- High level of written & verbal skills.
- Capability and capacity to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects.
The employee reports directly to the Global Head of Commercial
This is a hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) available in Sydney (Darlinghurst office)
