Commercial Manager - Global Partnerships

The Role
FrankieOne is looking for an ambitious, proactive Commercial Manager to expand our partner ecosystem by identifying and engaging with new opportunities across the demand and supply side. Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partners to drive value for FrankieOne and enhance the overall customer experience. This role will focus on complex partner negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements, and navigating multi-stakeholder relationships to support revenue growth and operational success.

You will bring with you a demonstrated ability to develop relationships that connect people, a knack for closing deals, and the versatility to manage multiple priorities. If you’re a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and passionate about expanding high-growth partnerships, we want to meet you!

Your Ticket to Success:

  • Negotiate with impact: Skilled in negotiating complex terms that achieve partner and business objectives.
  • Structured approach: Use an organised, methodical approach to manage multiple initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery on all fronts.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and manage productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

In a Previous Role, You Have:

  • Experience managing a variety of partnership engagements, from discovery and negotiation to contract finalisation and ongoing partner enablement.
  • Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills with a track record of closing strategic deals.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing competing priorities with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and trust with internal teams and partners alike.
  • Proficiency in crafting and communicating value propositions to diverse audiences, adjusting your message to resonate with varied partner personas.
  • A driven, hunter mentality with a natural aptitude for connecting people and building lasting partnerships.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities to coordinate multiple partnership streams and deliver on objectives.
