About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who thrives on both diving into details and grasping the wider business context. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and operational teams to shape, design, and deliver effective business solutions. You’ll play a hands-on part in analysing requirements, documenting processes, supporting delivery, and transforming ideas into well-executed, practical outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.

• Analyse and document current and future state processes, identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate on designing solutions that align with business objectives and deliver positive customer outcomes.

• Map customer journeys, process flows, and data flows.

• Work closely with development and operations teams to support delivery, change management, and implementation.

• Document system interfaces and integration points.

• Assist in project delivery by managing timelines, scope, documentation, and meetings.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Contribute to testing efforts by creating test plans and validating solutions.

• Support go-to-market activities by developing clear and useful artefacts.

• Participate in post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  
  What you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, ideally within financial services

• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, product-led organisation operating in an agile delivery model

• Strong collaboration skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Confidence in engaging stakeholders and clearly explaining technical concepts

• Strong documentation skills, including documenting processes, requirements, and technical workflows

• Experience supporting the delivery of complex projects (it’s not necessary to have managed them end-to-end)

• A pragmatic mindset - you recognise when “good and delivered” is better than “perfect but late"
