We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as an Associate Home Finance Specialist. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team of Home Finance Specialists, gaining hands-on experience in communication, finance, and sales. You'll develop essential skills to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities – all while supporting our mission to help more first-time homebuyers than any other lender in Australia.

As part of our ambitious and collaborative team, your day will be packed with:

• Connecting with inbound and outbound leads to qualify and schedule appointments with our Home Finance Specialists
• Re-engaging our rich CRM database to uncover and revive dormant opportunities
• Collaborating with the Home Finance Specialists to enhance team processes
• Building a comprehensive understanding of the residential lending and credit landscape
• Building deep trust with, and educating, aspiring homeowners
