• Sydney hybrid Why this role exists VenueNow is Australia’s leading venue hire marketplace. We’re using data-driven optimisation and AI-powered experiments to unlock our next phase of rapid growth. You’ll work directly with our Co-Founder (Head of Product & Growth) to spot high-leverage opportunities, test them quickly, and ship improvements across the product, marketing and sales funnels. What you’ll do Analyse product, marketing and sales data to uncover friction points and growth opportunities. Design and run rapid experiments to validate ideas. Prototype new AI-driven features using GPT, Claude or similar APIs and low-code tools. Translate insights into clear product requirements. Map and streamline internal processes to boost sales and operational efficiency. You in a nutshell Curious & a relentless problem-solver: You keep asking “why?” until the root cause appears and turn ambiguity into clear next steps. Love data: Solid data-analysis skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Product eye: You know good UX when you see it and can create wireframes in Figma (or will learn fast). Tech-savvy: You know the basics of how modern web apps & APIs work and you love tinkering with new tools. Nice-to-have exposure Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Figma, low-code or AI prototyping platforms, any side projects using LLMs. Why you’ll love it here Direct mentorship and rapid ownership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a Co-Founder, ship experiments in days not months.
