About The Role

We’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our high-performing national team, covering the Sutherland Shire and surrounding suburbs including Cronulla, Miranda, Caringbah, Engadine, and Menai.

This is a field-based role with flexibility to manage your own schedule, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth across a well-established territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute a territory business plan to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and channel partners
  • Deliver value through insights, product knowledge, and solution selling
  • Represent the Clipsal and Schneider Electric brands with pride and professionalism
  • Stay across market trends, project activity, and competitor movements

About You

  • Proven experience in territory / field sales
  • A natural relationship builder with strong commercial acumen
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule
  • Experience in the electrical, residential building, or trade-related industries is a plus but not essential
  • Full driver’s licence and ability to travel within the region
  • This position will require occassional intra or interstate travel.
