This is a Personal Assistant to Director role with Universal Concrete based in Brookvale, NSW, AU

Location: In-office, Brookvale NSW 2100

Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 + super (based on experience)

You’ll work directly with the Director of Universal Concrete, one of Sydney’s fastest-growing construction companies, while also playing a key role across a portfolio of ventures including residential property developments, a new hospitality business, and future entrepreneurial projects.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership, solve problems, and help keep operations and people running smoothly — all while learning on the job and meeting amazing people along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Executive Support & Administration

  • Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Draft emails, reports, and internal comms
  • Maintain digital filing systems and organise documents
  • Support with confidential matters and business operations

Business & Project Support

  • Work across a variety of exciting ventures — from construction to hospitality
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Help manage HR paperwork and team coordination
  • Track progress on development projects and business tasks
  • Be the Director’s right hand and trusted sounding board

Who You Are

  • You communicate clearly and confidently with everyone, whether it’s a tradie on-site or a lawyer on the phone

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, office coordination or admin (or a relevant degree)
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Xero, or project management software (or eager to learn)
  • A calm, detail-oriented, can-do attitude
  • Full Australian work rights (this role is not suitable for student visa holders)
