Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Intern to join our team in Sydney CBD. This internship offers hands-on experience in client outreach, relationship management, and the property investment industry.

Interns will be trained in the fundamentals of sales and work directly with our leadership team. You’ll be actively involved in our sales process from day one—building relationships, managing leads, and contributing to the growth of the business.

This internship also serves as a pathway to full-time, paid employment. High-performing interns will be considered for a permanent role on our sales or client strategy team. Additionally, interns are eligible to earn commission on any leads that result in closed deals, even during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and introduce prospective clients to Rising Returns’ services
  • Manage early-stage client communications and follow-up outreach
  • Assist with CRM updates, sales materials, and internal documentation
  • Contribute to sales scripts, outreach messaging, and other enablement efforts
  • Attend internal sales and strategy meetings to gain insight into the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion goals

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and well-organized
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, property, startups, or business development
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required
