We're looking for a superstar Marketing and Growth Lead to take LeadStory to the next level. We're a venture-backed, global news streaming platform watched by ten million people every month. To this point, our growth has been organic. Now we need YOU to drive our viral flywheel to 10x our audience. You'll have competitive pay, ESOP and be surrounded by high energy colleagues who are driven to change the way the world consumes information.

You'll be responsible for

🔹 Run marketing campaigns

Plan, execute and manage campaigns across multiple verticals, driving awareness and acquisition.

🔹 Manage social media presence

Starting from the ground up, building an audience across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (Shorts) with the help of our brilliant video team and social editors.

🔹 Come up with ideas for viral growth

Our AI functionality is truly groundbreaking, there are countless opportunities to deliver our 'DeepSeek' moment.

Skills you'll need

🔹 Data Analysis

Ability to interpret data on market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance, using analytics tools like Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimise strategies

🔹 A/B Testing & Experimentation

Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, rapidly iterating based on results, and applying a structured learning process to identify the most effective tactics

🔹 Funnel Testing

Proficiency in optimising the entire customer journey to remove bottlenecks and boost conversion and retention rates

🔹 Content Creation

We have an in-house video team, however additionally, skills in developing valuable and engaging content that drives awareness and strengthens brand presence
