We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join our creative team a couple of days a week. Whether you’re in your final year of university or recently graduated, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills, grow as a designer, and be part of a team that values curiosity, collaboration and high-quality work.

You’ll be working alongside experienced designers and marketers, contributing to real projects across digital and print channels. It’s a supportive environment where your ideas are welcome, and your development is a priority.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and concept across digital channels including websites, eDMs, banners, and social media.
• Create and produce digital assets such as GIFs, banners, and resized images.
• Develop marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with brand, content, and marketing teams.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality design work across digital and print, using established templates.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with Google Web Designer is a plus, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail, layout, typography and design fundamentals
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and templates
• A self-starter who can manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Passion for design and awareness of current design trends
