About

Join one of Australia’s biggest banks as a CommBank Summer Intern where you’ll acquire new skills and experience to use in your degree and professionally. We're looking for Summer Interns from a wide range of disciplines who are passionate about developing their skills, grabbing opportunities and providing exceptional customer experiences. This is a 10-week paid internship running from 24 November 2025 – 30 January 2026. When you join us as an intern, you’ll:

• Enjoy a fast-tracked introduction to life at CommBank through structured learning sessions and on-the-job experience. You’ll be solving problems and working on projects from day one.
• Learn how a bank operates and how we work at CommBank.
• Be supported to do your best work through access to leaders, program managers, buddies and a central learning team.
• Expand your network and build relationships with inspirational peers and senior leaders that will last beyond the 10-week internship.
  
  

At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply early for the 2027 Graduate Program.

If This Opportunity Excites You And You

• Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident at the time of application; and
• Are already residing in Australia and you’re an Australian resident for tax purposes; and
• Are in your penultimate (second-last) year of your overall university degree; and
• Are maintaining at least a credit average in your overall university degree. (Please note, if you are applying for Technology: Engineering, you will need a minimum GPA or WAM of 70).
