Do you want to be TikTok famous? Are you a go-getter who loves turning ideas into content fast? Do you want to learn how to grow a brand from scratch?

At Toffee, we’re building a new kind of social app and looking for a Content Creator to help us bring it to life online. If you live for TikTok trends, know how to make content that pops, and want hands-on experience scaling a brand from day one, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do

• Create content: Design, film, and edit fun, engaging, thumb-stopping posts for TikTok and Instagram.
• Experiment like crazy: Spot trends, memes, and new formats early, put your spin on them, and test fast to see what sticks.
• Shape our brand personality: Help define how Toffee talks and shows up online through authentic, relatable storytelling.
• Collaborate: Bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns, launches, and hype moments, working directly with founders and the team.
• Track performance: Use insights to figure out what’s resonating (and what isn’t), and apply learnings to make each post sharper.
• Own the process end-to-end: From shooting and editing to posting and engaging with comments, you’ll learn by doing and see your content go live in real time.
• Contribute beyond content: Get involved in community building, campaign ideas, and whatever else it takes to grow an early-stage brand.
  
  

Who You Are

• A current uni student (or recent grad) looking to break into the startup and content world.
• Confident both behind the camera and in front of it, shooting at every opportunity you get.
• Already making content whether it’s on your personal TikTok/Instagram, for a side hustle, or for a brand.
• Obsessed with social media, you know the trends before they hit explore, and you love figuring out why some posts go viral and others flop.
• Creative, scrappy, and comfortable figuring things out on the fly - no task is too small if it gets the job done.
• Excited by the idea of working in a startup where ideas move from concept → live in days, not months.
• Someone who thrives in collaboration but isn’t afraid to run with an idea and make it happen.
