Role Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, teas, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain consistency in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
• Engage customers with friendly, professional service and product knowledge.
• Keep the coffee station and front counter clean and organized at all times.
• Manage coffee bean rotation, calibration, and daily equipment cleaning.
• Support the team during busy hours with food prep or order handling when needed.
• Uphold Eat Ozzo’s standards for quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a specialty coffee environment.
• Strong understanding of espresso techniques and milk texturing.
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for early morning shifts and weekend rosters.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience using Mahlkönig grinders and La Marzocco or similar espresso machines.
• Interest in food pairing and coffee innovation.
