This is a full time permanent role based in our Hays Sydney CBD office and commencing immediately.

• Conducting sales calls to create and further develop relationships with businesses who we currently deal with and identifying new business opportunities
• Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews
• Part of a team who are driven to work hard but know when to have fun
• Working with diverse, high calibre customers, accelerating your understanding of the world of work
• Identifying and building partnerships with new clients and candidates
• Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
• Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job

What you'll need to succeed
