We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team, who is hungry to take full ownership of Meta, Google and LinkedIn acquisition across two countries. You will test aggressively, move fast on what the data tells you, and build a predictable pipeline of high quality B2B leads every single day.

If you are the kind of media buyer who knows how to find patterns in data, make fast decisions, and scale what works without hand holding, this role will stretch you, elevate you, and put you at the centre of a rocket ship.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns for the Ecommerce Equation brand, daily across Meta, Google and LinkedIn
  • Generate consistent, high quality B2B leads and booked calls for our sales team
  • Run structured testing across creative, audiences, messaging and landing pages
  • Improve CPL, CPMQL, conversion rates and pipeline quality through ongoing optimisation
  • Use data to identify scale opportunities, new angles and performance patterns
  • Maintain gold standard tracking across Hyros, HubSpot, pixels and analytics tools
  • Partner with sales to align targeting with lead quality and conversion insights
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and our Head of Marketing to lift funnel performance end-to-end.
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly with insights, trends and clear recommendations

What You’ll Bring

  • Four to six years of paid media or performance marketing experience with strong B2B lead generation results across both Australia and the US
  • Expert-level capability in Meta Ads Manager with strong experience across Google and LinkedIn
  • Experience managing budgets of above $80k+ per month
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, optimisation, audience strategy and attribution
  • Confident in fast decision making, testing, iterating and scaling what works
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working inside Hyros, HubSpot, GA and platform dashboards
  • Clear communication and the ability to partner closely with sales and marketing
  • Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable owning performance end to end
  • Thrives in a founder led, high performance, fast moving environment
