From flagship climate events and sector forums to workshops and partner activations, you’ll create experiences that drive collaboration, participation and long-term engagement across the ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless, mission-aligned events, identify new engagement opportunities, and continuously improve experiences using data and feedback. You’ll work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless, mission-aligned events, identify new engagement opportunities, and continuously improve experiences using data and feedback. Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Greenhouse’s end-to-end events calendar, including flagship events, workshops and partner activations
- Support and coordinate member-led events and workshops to drive community engagement
- Build and nurture an engaged ecosystem across founders, members and partners
- Identify new event and engagement opportunities in collaboration with internal teams
- Track engagement, feedback and outcomes to continuously improve experiences
- Experience delivering events, programs or community experiences
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with diverse stakeholders and partners
- Commercial awareness and comfort linking events to engagement or revenue outcomes
- Experience using event or CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) or willingness to learn
- High emotional intelligence, initiative and a collaborative mindset
