About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and committed IT Helpdesk Trainee to join our team for a full 12-month traineeship. This is a hands-on entry-level position where you will work alongside experienced engineers to provide Level 1 technical support, assist with troubleshooting laptops, and help deliver high-quality services to high school staff and students. This traineeship is ideal for someone passionate about starting a long-term career in IT support.
