Company Description
At Kinso, we're building the last messaging app for founders, Fortune 500 executives, startup operators and leading VCs. Founded by Frank Greeff and Jacques Greeff, who exited their previous company for $180M, Kinso has gained a waitlist of 11,000+ in a couple months. Our marketing team of four generates an average of 12M+ impressions across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Youtube each month, and we're looking to bring in three social media interns to go up another notch.
Role Description
This is an in-office Sydney internship (5 days a week). You join the content team and help push Kinso’s presence forward across short-form video, fast-turnaround creative and viral campaigns. You ideate, shoot, edit and publish content. You contribute to brainstorms, pitch ideas and execute them the same day. You study what makes people stop, watch and act. You help shape the voice of a brand aimed at high-performance founders, operators and investors.
Qualifications
- You live and breathe short-form content: pacing, hook craft, retention, call to action
- Confident filming and talking on camera
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Confident using TikTok and Instagram for brand growth
- Ability to generate ideas quickly and turn them into real content
- Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere or similar
- Interest in founders, startups, business, AI and product storytelling
- Bonus: experience with creators, viral formats or high-performing posts

Alternatively, if your university offers a for-credit internship subject, you’re welcome to complete the program through your institution’s internship framework , whichever option suits you best.
