Posted on Jan 6, 2026

If you don't want to be at a company where you get a business masterclass from multi-millionaires every day and people start recognising you on the street, don't apply.

Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern (Kintern)

Company: Kinso

Workplace Type: On-site

Job Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Internship period: 02/02/2026 - 20/02/2026

Time: Full-time hours, 5 days a week, 7:30am-3:30pm

Company Description

At Kinso, we're building the last messaging app for founders, Fortune 500 executives, startup operators and leading VCs. Founded by Frank Greeff and Jacques Greeff, who exited their previous company for $180M, Kinso has gained a waitlist of 11,000+ in a couple months. Our marketing team of four generates an average of 12M+ impressions across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Youtube each month, and we're looking to bring in three social media interns to go up another notch.

Role Description

This is an in-office Sydney internship (5 days a week). You join the content team and help push Kinso’s presence forward across short-form video, fast-turnaround creative and viral campaigns. You ideate, shoot, edit and publish content. You contribute to brainstorms, pitch ideas and execute them the same day. You study what makes people stop, watch and act. You help shape the voice of a brand aimed at high-performance founders, operators and investors.

Qualifications

  • You live and breathe short-form content: pacing, hook craft, retention, call to action
  • Confident filming and talking on camera
  • Clear written and spoken communication
  • Confident using TikTok and Instagram for brand growth
  • Ability to generate ideas quickly and turn them into real content
  • Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere or similar
  • Interest in founders, startups, business, AI and product storytelling
  • Bonus: experience with creators, viral formats or high-performing posts

Legal Disclaimer

We welcome applications from international students. Please note: Student Visa (Subclass 500) holders are eligible only if the internship dates (2 February – 20 February) fall outside your official study period. If these dates fall during your semester, we cannot accept Subclass 500 applicants due to the 48-hour per fortnight work limitation. You’ll be paid an hourly rate based on your age and the relevant award. All participants performing productive work will be engaged as paid casual employees in accordance with the Fair Work Act. Alternatively, if your university offers a for-credit internship subject, you’re welcome to complete the program through your institution’s internship framework , whichever option suits you best. Applicants are responsible for confirming their official study period dates with their institution before applying.

How To Apply

We have had applicants from around the world. To stand out, get creative! Some applicants have created their own Instagram accounts and tagged us in their application posts, some have even vibe coded a website. Creativity like this is where the bar has been set; we are excited to see what you come up with!
