More about the Product & Marketing Generalist (Founder Support) role at SupplyScope
About The Role
This is a unique, high-exposure role working directly with the founder across a group of businesses.
One, a VC-backed B2B SaaS startup, scaling quickly with enterprise customers and secondly a growth-stage digital agency operating in the mid-7 figures.
You’ll act as a startup generalist and execution partner, helping turn ideas into outcomes across product, customers, operations, and internal projects. One day you might be refining a product demo or onboarding flow, the next you’re preparing a presentation, tracking priorities, or mapping a workflow in Figma.
If you like variety, learning fast, and being close to decision-making — this role is built for you
About SupplyScope
SupplyScope is a VC-backed AI workspace for brands for brands and retailers to manage product data, development, and compliance across global supply chains.
We replace fragmented workflows with a single system of record coupled with AI Agents to help take actions across the product lifecycle — helping teams collaborate faster, stay compliant, and bring products to market with confidence.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the founder across product, customers, and execution, with responsibilities flexing as the businesses grow.
🧠 Product, Demos & Storytelling
You don’t need a perfect background — but you should be curious, organised, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Experience
Interest in startups, product management, UX, or operations Experience in ecommerce, retail, or physical product workflows Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, HubSpot, or CRMs Enjoys building structure where there currently isn’t much
Why Join Direct founder access and real influence Exposure to two very different businesses at different stages Learn how startups actually scale — product, customers, and operations High trust, high responsibility, fast learning curve Flexible work and room to grow the role as the company grows
Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role. No matter what you come in knowing, you’ll be learning new things all the time and the SupplyScope team will be there to support your growth.
🟢 Please consider applying even if you don't meet 100% of what’s outlined 🟢
Key Responsibilities
A Final Note: This is a role with SupplyScope not with Hatch.
