Product Coordinator @ Ecommerce Equation Group
Hatch
We are looking for a Product Coordinator to support the build and evolution of our app-based technology, working at the intersection of product, members, and development. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be the connective tissue that keeps our product engine running smoothly, coordinating between our internal team, our members, and developers to ensure nothing slips through the cracks and everything ships on time.
If you are the kind of person who loves structure, thrives on details, and takes pride in being the one who keeps things moving, this role will give you real exposure to product development and put you at the heart of improving member experience
What you'll Do
- Create, update and manage Jira tickets with clear descriptions, screenshots, priorities and steps to reproduce
- Track sprint progress and follow up with stakeholders to prevent blockers and keep tasks moving
- Support sprint ceremonies including prep, documentation, action items and follow ups
- Test new features and bug fixes before release and log structured QA feedback for developers
- Coordinate weekly communication with developers, ensuring priorities and timelines are clear
- Maintain product trackers and internal documentation so the wider team has visibility
- Support member onboarding coordination across our programmes and collect experience feedback
- Handle member questions and troubleshooting requests relating to app functionality quickly and professionally
- Log bugs and support tickets, track them through to resolution, and escalate high-impact issues with urgency
- Prepare accurate weekly steering committee updates and document decisions from product meetings
- Monitor support inbox and assist with administrative tasks as needed
What you'll bring
- Strong organisational skills and natural ability to manage details, tasks and timelines without dropping the ball
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work professionally with members, senior leadership and external partners
- High attention to detail with a track record of documenting decisions, following up and closing tasks completely
- Logical thinking and ability to learn systems quickly, even if you're not technical
- Experience with or exposure to developers, dev teams, e-commerce environments or digital agencies is a major bonus
- Familiarity with Jira, agile workflows or sprint cycles is highly valued but not essential if you're eager to learn
- Proactive follow through and ownership mentality in fast-paced environments
- Genuine care for member experience and understanding that tight processes create better products
