We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Events Assistant to join our small, highly committed team for a fixed-term appointment of four months (with the potential to extend) commencing February 2026. The successful candidate will need to commit to around 15-21 hours a week and be based in Melbourne. In-person attendance at events is required. Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

ANDHealth delivers world-class mentoring, education and support through our accelerator programs and industry events across Australia. ACTIVATE and CHICC, our two Victorian Government supported programs, have made a significant impact on the state’s digital health startup sector. Our 45 ACTIVATE alumni companies have collectively raised $35.7 million in capital, and CHICC’s annual program suite has supported more than 1,450 participants.
About The Role
As we kick off these two programs for 2026, and stand up a new program suite with the Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery (ACMD), our marketing and events teams need additional support.

Education
We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Events Assistant with an interest in health, technology or business. Working across our Corporate Affairs (CA) and Investment Readiness, Education and Events (IREE) teams, you will:
- Draft content promoting the CHICC, ACTIVATE and ACMD programs for LinkedIn and our newsletter.
- Create social media graphics, in line with company brand guidelines and templates.
- Attend CHICC, ACTIVATE and ACMD workshops and events to take photographs, produce video content and draft event summaries.
- Provide on-site event support to the CA and IREE teams as required.
- Record monthly metrics for social media, email marketing, media and Google Analytics in Airtable.
- Support coordination of end-to-end event logistics, including venue and supplier management, speaker and delegate communications, registrations, on-site support and post-event surveys and reporting to ensure seamless event delivery.
