As our business continues to grow, we’re on the hunt for Account Managers in our Corporate team who can create standout customer experiences and become the go-to expert for all things media monitoring and insights.

Who We Are

At Streem, we’re all about helping Australia and New Zealand’s most influential organisations stay ahead of the news cycle. Leading the charge in ANZ media intelligence, we offer live monitoring of print, digital, TV, radio, podcasts, and social platforms to make sure our clients stay ahead of every story.

Our Account Managers in our Corporate team work with a dedicated portfolio of a diverse range of corporate clients, helping them get the very best out of the Streem platform, while also keeping track of the ever-changing Australian media landscape. A snapshot of what our Account Managers get up to:

  • Setting new clients up for success, from onboarding and search setups to customising their Streem accounts.
  • Building, maintaining, and growing strong client relationships by serving as their key contact.
  • Running training sessions to help users master the platform (both virtually and face-to-face).
  • Gathering feedback and working with the team to cultivate real product improvements.
  • Spotting opportunities to ✨WOW ✨clients, especially around big media events.
  • Creating a range of reports, transcripts, and summaries that make media meaningful

Strong And Trusted Relationships

What thriving as a Streem Account Manager involves:

  • You build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals, anticipating their needs, and positioning yourself as a reliable, solutions-focused partner.

Strong Product Knowledge

  • You demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Streem Platform and services, confidently explaining features, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients on how to maximise value. Your knowledge enables you to provide strategic recommendations, not just operational support.

Effective Stakeholder Management

  • You collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring information flows smoothly and expectations are aligned. You manage competing priorities with professionalism and communicate clearly to keep all parties informed and engaged.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Corporate Customer Support who’s organised, loves working with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you’ve got media industry experience, a background in communications, or skills with Boolean, CRMs or project tools!
