Swysh is an Australian e-commerce startup connecting fans with the biggest sports stars in Australia, all via personalised video messages. There are over 1,000 sports stars using the Swysh app today - think AFL legends, NRL players, cricket icons or Matildas. We launched in 2019 and have delivered thousands of videos to fans across the globe, and donate 10% of every video message purchase to charity.
The role
This role is all about bringing Swysh to life on social media. As our Content Intern, you'll be hands-on across our social channels, helping create content, engage with our community and growing the brand online. This is the perfect role for someone who is creative, trend-aware and would thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Beyond socials, you'll also get exposure to the broader side of marketing and customer service -creating Meta ads, creating UGC content, managing our Merch line, customer success and assisting with new talent acquisition. No two days will look the same, and we love that!
We're looking for someone who brings energy and ideas to the table, isn't afraid to try new things, and genuinely loves sport and creating content. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

đź“Ś A university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
đź“Ś A highly organised, detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for sports and social media
đź“Ś Someone who is digitally native and across TikTok, Instagram and social trends
đź“Ś Is comfortable behind the camera and ideally in front of it too
đź“Ś Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and get hands-on

Your Work Will Span
Social Media & Content
- Creating, editing and publishing short-form content across our social channels (includes being in content!)
- Able to use Capcut or similar video-editing software
- Staying across trends and jumping on them fast in a way that feels authentic to Swysh
- Engaging with our community through comments, replies and interactions
- Reporting on key metrics and sharing insights on what's performing
- Assisting with content and market research
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects across our broader marketing strategy
- Handling customer service tickets
