Role Purpose

Support a growing New Markets business through high‑quality analysis, project execution and client engagement, working closely with senior bankers on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support discrete projects (market entry, client analysis, opportunity sizing)
• Prepare analysis, presentations and briefing materials for internal and client use
• Assist in client meetings, follow‑ups and insight development
• Coordinate inputs across internal teams and help drive execution
  
  

Key Requirements

• Final‑year student or recent graduate – academic excellence, all academic backgrounds
• Strong academic performance and intellectual curiosity
• High emotional intelligence with the confidence to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients
• Clear, structured communicator (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement
• Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
