Role Purpose
Support a growing New Markets business through high‑quality analysis, project execution and client engagement, working closely with senior bankers on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support discrete projects (market entry, client analysis, opportunity sizing)
- Prepare analysis, presentations and briefing materials for internal and client use
- Assist in client meetings, follow‑ups and insight development
- Coordinate inputs across internal teams and help drive execution
Key Requirements
- Final‑year student or recent graduate – academic excellence, all academic backgrounds
- Strong academic performance and intellectual curiosity
- High emotional intelligence with the confidence to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients
- Clear, structured communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement
- Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
