As a Hilti Store Representative, you will work with the wider retail sales team in managing the day-to-day operations of the store as well as provide a superior level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations. This is not an ordinary retail sales job, we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers in understanding their business needs and how our solutions can add value.
This role is also a great landing point to develop your sales and account management skills, with opportunities for progression within a multinational organisation. If you enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service, then this is the role for you!

As a Hilti Store Representative, you will work with the wider retail sales team in managing the day-to-day operations of the store as well as provide a superior level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations. What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Initiate customer contact, build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers
- Overall customer touchpoints, including sales, repairs and inputted sales
- Achieve retail sales targets and profitable growth
- Maintain of customer database
- Maintain Operational Excellence - Inventory controls and processes, data entry quality, store utilities upkeep
- Exceptional customer service skills and focus
- A self-starter mindset with motivation to drive and achieve results
- A team player attitude
- High learning agility and drive for self- development
- A keen eye for detail and passion for problem solving
- The ability to effectively and proactively develop customer relationships
- Competent PC skills
- A plus to have a valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one upon employment
- A competitive salary base + super + bonus
