The company is looking for an Organisational Development Specialist to join the OD team on a 12-month max term contract. Reporting to the Head of OD & Talent, this role is hands-on and highly collaborative, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of key organisational development initiatives across engagement, culture, leadership development, performance, talent and learning.

About The Role
Strategic planning support
- Partner with the OD team and senior leaders to support strategic planning through research, data gathering and preparation of materials
- Assist in implementing initiatives aligned to long-term business growth
Stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate meetings, communications and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maximise value from OD systems and resources
Employee engagement & culture
- Support administration and analysis of engagement surveys and listening tools (e.g., onboarding, exit and performance surveys)
- Help deliver communications and recognition programs that strengthen company culture
Leadership development
- Organise and coordinate logistics for leadership forums and development activities
- Support content development and communications for leadership initiatives
Performance
- Support the design, rollout and administration of performance review processes and related frameworks
- Collect feedback and data to continuously improve performance initiatives
Talent management & succession
- Assist with coordination and administration of the talent management framework
- Support preparation for succession planning discussions
Learning & development (L&D)
- Support delivery and tracking of the Mandatory Learning Program
- Assist with designing and rolling out learning resources (both soft and technical skills)
- Help drive rollout and engagement of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Data analysis & reporting
- Collect, analyse and report on OD initiative data
- Support preparation of leadership reporting related to engagement, compliance and development
Team contribution
- Work collaboratively across OD, People & Culture Managers and broader stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous process improvement
What Success Looks Like
- Proven experience in Organisational Development or Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems, ideally Workday
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Collaborative relationship builder who enjoys partnering across a business
- Adaptable and comfortable with change, shifting deadlines and evolving priorities
- Facilitation capability, including the ability to facilitate workshops, focus groups and training (in-person and virtual)
