Metropolis are a marketing consultancy for the property industry who treat our client’s business like they're our own. As Social Account Manager, you will lead client engagements and oversee the delivery of social media strategy across a portfolio of property clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing organic socials team, alongside an experienced Account Director and Account Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day contact for your portfolio of clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Partner with your clients and develop a deep understanding of their business to deliver proactive and market leading outcomes.
• Lead the development of social and content strategy, overseeing the execution from our Social Account Coordinator.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including the wider Brand team, Studio and Performance to deliver across integrated accounts.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement across the organic socials team.
  
  

Our Ideal Person:

• Has experience owning client relationships and leading outcomes with minimal supervision
• Has leadership experience overseeing the day-to-day execution of junior team members
• Has working knowledge of performance marketing and how it integrates with broader social strategy
• Must have experience in social media (ideally in an agency environment)!
