You can explore a broad range of career pathways in areas across different areas of the business. You will also have the opportunity to join our Indigenous Mentoring Program where you will be tailor matched to mentors across the business.
Our Indigenous Careers Team in partnership with the Grad Programs Team will be there to support you throughout your journey, from application through to program completion.
Program Eligibility
You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, AND you are in your final year of study of a university degree OR completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than 3 years ago.
Your Grad Journey
Step 1: Online Application
Complete our simple online application (approximately 10 minutes). Submit your resume and academic transcript in PDF or Word format.
Step 2: Online Assessments
If your application progresses, you’ll be invited to complete online psychometric assessments within 48 hours.
Step 3: Video Interview & Assessment Centre
If your application progresses, you’ll be invited to complete a video interview. Shortlisted candidates will then attend an assessment centre. These stages of the process give us the opportunity to learn more about your motivations, strengths, and what makes up your Uncommon Mind.
Outcomes

- You’ll complete a rotational program within your chosen stream to help you learn about different parts of your business area. It’s packed full of different roles, teams and project experiences.
- As you near the end of your program, our team will provide you with support to prepare you for the end of your Grad experience and assist you in putting your best foot forward when looking for post-program roles.
