Web Design & Development Intern (Webflow)

Location: Sydney, NSW

Type: Part-time Internship

Work Arrangement: On-site / In-person

About The Role

We are looking for a technically capable and design-minded Web Design & Development Intern to support the redevelopment of websites across our group.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident using Webflow, has a strong eye for design and user experience, and wants hands-on exposure working on live brand and business websites. You will help review, redesign and improve multiple sites, working closely with internal stakeholders to lift the overall quality, consistency and performance of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Review and help redesign websites across the group using Webflow
  • Improve site structure, layout, navigation and overall user experience
  • Translate design ideas into clean, well-built Webflow pages
  • Ensure websites are responsive and visually consistent across devices
  • Support updates to branding, page layouts, imagery and content presentation
  • Help optimise site performance, usability and general site hygiene
  • Work with internal teams to implement changes aligned with business and brand needs
  • Document changes and contribute ideas for ongoing site improvements

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying or recently completed studies in Web Design, UX/UI, Digital Design, Creative Technologies, Computer Science or a related field
  • Has strong working proficiency in Webflow
  • Has a good technical understanding of web design and front-end structure
  • Brings a design background and a strong eye for layout, typography and visual consistency
  • Understands responsive design principles and best practice for modern websites
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple websites and brands
  • Can take direction well while also bringing ideas and initiative

Bonus If You Have:

  • Exposure to HubSpot
  • Experience with HTML/CSS
  • Experience working with brand systems or marketing websites
