We're a small team, which means you'll be able to make a big impact.
The role
This is a right-hand role. You'll pick up client projects, figure out what needs to happen, brief the designers and developers, and get it across the line without someone holding your hand.
Over time you'll start talking to clients directly and eventually own relationships end to end.
We're also actively looking at ways to bring AI into how we work, and as you settle in you'll take the lead on that. Not a research project, practical and applied.
This starts casual, but for the right person it grows quickly.

What you'll do
- Manage designers and developers to deliver websites and landing pages on brief and on time
- Write and review copy, or brief it out when needed
- Run and support Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Brief static creative and work with content creators on UGC
- Use AI tools day to day and find real ways to improve how we produce creative and manage workflows
- 2-3 years in digital marketing
- Comfortable managing creative and technical people without being either
- Organised but not rigid, you make decisions and keep things moving
- Strong written communication
- Already using AI tools in your work and genuinely curious about where they're headed
