We're looking for a talented and motivated Digital Design Specialist to join our close-knit team in Sydney CBD. This is a flexible opportunity designed to work around your studies, with a convenient city location just 2 minutes from UTS.
The ideal candidate is creative and organised, with a passion for web design and helping clients deliver standout online experiences. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities including website creation, website maintenance, brand and logo support.
This is a 4-5 day per week role based at our Chippendale office.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Broker Studio creates high-quality websites for mortgage brokers and other businesses in the finance industry. We operate a number of brands across Australia, helping our clients attract more visitors to their online presence and turn those visitors into customers.
Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role. No matter what you come in knowing, you’ll be learning new things all the time and the Broker Studio team will be there to support your growth.

- Website Creation - Work with the team to deliver new websites for our clients, including design, content, branding and custom requests using the Broker Studio platform.
- Website Maintenance - Support our clients as they grow by managing rebrands, content updates and special requests.
- You have a design background or are currently studying a design-related course
- You're curious about web design and passionate about helping small businesses across Australia grow
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
- You're excited about how AI is shaping the future of web design and development
