What’s Involved…
Reporting into the Graphic and Copy Manager, this role is for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong motion design capability to create high-performing, on-brand static and dynamic digital assets across onsite, app, CRM/email, social (organic + paid) and partnerships.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role—from concept through to final delivery—aligned to brand guidelines and Creative Pillars.
Key Responsibilities
Lead graphic + motion creative delivery
- Manage the design, production and final delivery of static, motion graphics and video edits from brief to launch
Design & brand execution
- Ensure all work aligns with Creative Pillars:
- Stand out (get noticed)
- Juxtaposition (striking combinations)
- Bold & colourful
- Signature brand style
- Clear branding & CTA
Campaign support & concepting
- Participate in pitching and concepting campaigns and promotions, bringing motion-first thinking
- Partner with stakeholders to clearly communicate creative rationale and execution approach
Delivery, ownership & ways of working
- Own projects end-to-end: brief → design → feedback → approvals → delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining speed without sacrificing quality
Skills And Experience Required
Strong design fundamentals
- Excellent visual communication and typography
- Experience across digital and print (digital-first preferred)
Motion expertise
- Strong motion design skills with proven experience creating high-quality motion graphics
- Ability to turn static assets into engaging, performance-led storytelling
Tools & technical proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in After Effects (essential) and video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro)
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace
