Medical Symbiosis is a Sydney-based health brand portfolio. We build and acquire science-backed, DTC-first brands - including Steady Freddy (men's performance health), SuperFast Diet (women's metabolic health) and DEX (preoperative nutrition). We're growing fast and we need someone who can make the creative and paid media engine work across all of them.
The Role
You'll own paid media strategy and execution across Meta and Google, with creative strategy as your primary lever. This is not a pure media-buying role - the person who thrives here understands that the creative IS the targeting, and builds the systems to find and scale winners faster than the competition.

The Role
You'll own paid media strategy and execution across Meta and Google, with creative strategy as your primary lever. This is not a pure media-buying role - the person who thrives here understands that the creative IS the targeting, and builds the systems to find and scale winners faster than the competition.
What You'll Own
- Paid media strategy and execution: Meta Ads and Google Ads across Steady Freddy, SuperFast Diet, and DEX
- Creative strategy: building and maintaining the creative testing pipeline - persona, angle, format diversification
- Google Ads in-house management
- Performance measurement: blended MER tracking, not just in-platform metrics
- Creative briefing and direction: working with coordinators, video editors, and UGC creators to keep the content flywheel moving
- AI integration: using tools actively to do more with a lean team
- 5+ years in paid performance marketing, with 3+ years in a DTC or e-commerce environment
- Deep Meta Ads experience: campaign architecture, creative testing, scaling - you understand what changed post-Andromeda
- Google Ads competency: search, Shopping, PMax
- A genuine creative strategy framework: you know that persona, messaging angle, and format are three different levers
- Comfortable at startup scale: you can think strategically and execute personally in the same day
- AI-native: you're actively using Claude, GPT, or similar to do real work - data analysis, automation, tooling - not just copy
- Evidence of finding an untapped audience from data and building a campaign around it
- Performance bonus tied to revenue growth and efficiency metrics
- 70-75% remote; Sydney-based preferred
- Direct access to the CEO and co-founder with real influence over growth strategy
- A portfolio of brands doing interesting things in health, with more acquisitions planned
