Internet Goods is a digital agency based in Sydney. We started in the marketing space and we're evolving. Our existing clients are asking for help with AI adoption, and we're building a consulting arm to meet that demand.

Role Description

You'll help business owners and their teams actually adopt AI. That means auditing how they work, identifying where AI creates real leverage, and running workshops that leave people with tools they'll actually use.

Primary focus is Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem. You should also be across the broader AI tool landscape - what's worth using, what's hype, and how to match the right tool to the right problem.

This is a client-facing role. You'll be comfortable presenting to a room, running workshops, and building trust with business owners fast.

What you'll be doing

• Running AI readiness audits for SMB and mid-market clients
• Facilitating onboarding workshops for teams across Claude and other AI tools
• Building out repeatable processes and playbooks as we go
• Helping shape the service offering over time
  
  

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a consulting, agency, or client-facing role
• You use Claude and other AI tools daily - not learning them, using them
• You can explain complex things simply without being condescending
• You work independently and don't need the whole thing figured out before you start
• Australian-based preferred, remote considered
