Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver official, instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for the following Splunk courses:
• Splunk Enterprise Data Administration,
• Splunk Enterprise System Administration,
• Splunk Cloud Administration
• Ensure a high-quality learning experience by providing expert-level instruction, hands-on lab guidance, and real-world insights.
• Maintain and update personal technical expertise and instructional skills to remain current with the latest Splunk product releases and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with the global training team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of course delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert, answering complex technical questions and mentoring students.
  

Essential Qualifications

• Priority Requirement: Minimum of 10 years of IT training/teaching experience in a professional environment, OR current, valid certification as a Splunk Certified Instructor (SCI for Splunk).
• Technical Expertise: Proven, deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Splunk's platform and products.
• Certification: Must hold or be able to rapidly achieve the following current Splunk certifications:
• Splunk Enterprise Data Administration
• Splunk Enterprise System Administration
• Splunk Cloud Administration
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
